The Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel Religious Education Program (PREP) is a continuing journey of faith for school-age children. In this program, young parishioners experience the rich traditions of our Catholic faith. One of our main objectives is to teach the students the basic principles of the Catholic Faith. We strive to pass on doctrine and Catholic traditions, build community, and prepare the students for the lives and ministry that their Baptism declares. We hope to motivate all students and their families to a life of faithfulness and action. Supported by faith-filled parents, dedicated volunteer catechists, as well as religious sisters, priests, and deacons. our children enjoy learning and growing to appreciate the gifts of their Catholic faith.

*** PREP Registration for the 2022-2023 Academic Year ***

Please call the Parish Office at 856-881-9155 if you have questions about the process or e-mail the Coordinator of Religious Education at religiousedsmap@gmail.com.

This year, we are continuing the home-schooling program for all students where they can work at their own pace. In addition, there will be once-a-month in-person classes for each grade level. We will supply the class materials, a website link to access the materials online, and a calendar with due date(s) for completion of the unit work and dates for in-person classes. There will also be life-long learning projects throughout the year for the entire family to do together. Both in-person and virtual learning opportunities will be scheduled where students may ask a Catechist or a Priest about their Catholic Faith. In particular, it is imperative that students (both in Catholic school and PREP) preparing for Sacraments (First Penance and First Eucharist or Confirmation) attend the in-person Formation Sessions.
