     Please call the Parish Office at 856-881-9155 to arrange a Sick Call visit. Due to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 [HIPAA], this call needs to be made directly by the individual or by a family member. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Does the individual need a Priest?

• Does the individual need Confession?

​

• Does the individual need (is the individual able to receive) Holy Communion?

​

• Does the individual need to be Anointed?

​

• Does the individual need to be added to the Prayer List?

​

• What is the individual's condition? For example, is the individual in the hospital, gravely ill, under hospice care, terminal, etc.?
